I had an aunt who passed away who suffered from substance abuse so I understand what he and his family were going through but that is absolutely no excuse to participate in any of the corrupt business dealings with hostile countries that could easily leak government secrets and put our entire country in danger. If any of those allegations are true, then there’s going to be serious consequences depending on what is actually on that laptop.
