My Italian friend told me the reason the houses are brightly colored on Burano is because when the fisherman were done fishing in the morning they would partake in too much alcohol and couldn’t figure out which house belong to them 😂 thus the different colors 😊 which story is true….i guess we will never know but pick your favorite ❤
