Hi Christian. I spend around 3-4 months every year in Thailand, and ALWAYS take a bottle of Tea Tree oil with me. It will soothe and heal your bites quickly. It's also good for mosquito bites, cuts, burns etc, and is antibacterial, anti fungal and antiseptic, It's great to put a couple of drops in your shampoo. face and body wash and helps keep infections away. It's a must! xxx

There is a spay it's called Rest Easy available on Amazon (to prevent Bed bugs) which you can use to spray down the bed prior to sleeping in it. In addition, bed bugs can get into your luggage and travel with you too.

Hey Christian! Railay is beautiful but you have to check out tonsai, especially at night. It's a chill vibe with slack lining and reggae music and totally easy to meet other solo travelers. It's 15 minutes walk along the beach from west railay through a 'jungle path' but can only go at low tide, or there is a longer 45 min path further inland. Definitely look on a map or ask someone! Rooms are cheaper there too.

I mean, what travel vlog in this part of the world have you seen where there is zero mention of how you get from one place to the next? It seems like this is actually a big part of time spent there?
