Rulue's just a swirl of emotions, huh? One moment she's all giggly and fantasizing about Dark Prince, and the next she's making really violent threats (especially to animals)! I can't help but feel bad for the fact that her devotion to "DP" may be for naught; but then again, I'm a total sap for Rulue, so I guess I'm biased.
And to add to that, she has absolutely no idea that Arle is in no way interested in the Dark Prince.

A theory is based off of the older Madou Monogatari games, which had shown his deceased wife Lilith. Satan believe's that Arle is the recarnation of Lilith due to the fact that they look alike and that they are both human magicians.

the sega redesign actually made it look much cockier but less mature. She def looks like aggressive by having nearly no fighting pose like she did in older games, and she totally looks like a lady livin in a large crib (some black men rap slangs, i mean big mansion)

Arle is not exactly domestic and ladylike, so why would Rulue think that's it? But then, Satan did listen once Rulue mentioned domestic and family oriented (though she immediately blew it). Well, it's not as if any of those two operate within the realm of reality.

It's canon that Satan had a wife that was named Lilith, but she died in a war. And she looked like Arle, so that is why he likes Arle. So I pretend She is alive so I can ship her with Satan
