To everyone, just dont click on any links, no matter what, if you are making a deal with someone in order to get your dream pet, just do it the regular way, not any links. It would be too late if you clicked on it, you'd already get logged out after 20 seconds.
This happened to me but on discord lol. Another form of this scam is when they accept a super low offer and send the link to your profile. Also i want to point out it’s not actually impossible to get your account itself back, just not your pets/ whatever the hacker took. I was a kid when i got hacked lol- so i asked my parents to email roblox and I was able to retrieve my account back and changed my passwords.

Guys add 2 step verification! It makes it so that you can’t get hacked! (Unless they use like scripts or something) but it will send u a email with a code and u put it in if its you at the login area, but hackers can’t access it bc it goes to ur email!

Something similar happened to me. It happened in adopt me discord server and someone sent me a fake profile link and I sign in with my real username and password,they then signed into my account and stole most of my pets (mostly all my leg pets and neons) they changed my password but I had email verification and was able to change my password again and I then added authenticator so if someone gets my username and password ever again,they would need to have access to my phone to be able to get the randomly generated code for my roblox account. Please never trust anyone that ask you to click on a link unless you're extremely positive that it is safe. Stay safe people :)

I gone to a pretty similar situation I was 99.50% from being hacked and it was a year and a half ago so this is how it start I went to traderie I think thats the name so then I went on it to buy a royal high item for diamonds and I heard that if they make the price very low for a item thats cost a lot then its a scam but I was like "hm how would I get scammed tho even if I do I wont lose that much so I guess Ill try it" so I looked for the item that costed like 2k (and the value for the item was 30k) so I texted the person in traderie and I was said "Hi I would like to buy the item whats your user so I could add you?" also I forgot what I said but it might be something like this and she replied "okay my user is something" I said "okay" so I searched her up in the real roblox and I couldnt find her so I came back and texted her "I cant find you on roblox" and she said "oh if you cant find me in roblox go to my channel is "something1243" click on the "roblox" link there and it will take you to my account" and I was like okay so I clicked on it and it showed me her account but I couldnt add her so I said "it wont let me add you" she said "you have to log in and then you can add me" and I repiled "oh okay" so I did it and I got so lucky that I forgot the last letter to my password so then I kept telling her that its not working it wont let me log in and she was like "well maybe your typing it wrong?" and I said "im pretty sure im doing it correctly" and I dont remember how I found out she was trying to hack but I did and after I looked at my notebook on where I keep my password and I was soooo glad I typed it wrong once I found out my heart beated so fast I was like "OMG I CANT BEALIVE I ALMOST GOT HACKED IM NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER USING THE WEPSITE AGAIN IM SO GLAD RIGHT NOW OH MY LORD..." and thats how I almost got hacked I hope this helps you guys to be careful from getting hacked like how I almost was! also im so sorry that your account got hacked I really hope you get it back :(

And much later I was going to play roblox when I disconnected but I log in quick again and changed the pass quicker than the girl😢 but she changed my birth month and I can't change it so now I can't do some things in roblox but I guess it is better than don't have your account back I guess. She also changed my email so I couldnt change the pass but I get my email back. I literally wrote a whole history lol. Anyways stay safe of this scams guys😔👊❤️

I did the link and everything and then I finally gave up because for some reason it wouldn’t work then five minutes later it said somebody was trying to log into my account was it you so I obviously press no and luckily I didn’t get hacked. Then I joined the game. Somehow they joined me in adopt me, they said did you do it? I left the server.

I did fall for this once by an adopt me scammer but managed to change my pass and get back in.
You should get maximum security (pin, step2 verification and an authenticator app) to avoid this completely!

I was in the traderie I was looking for a mega neon dodo then I saw that someone was trading mega neon dodo for a sandwich she/he said “I have a Yt channel click to the link and follow me” then I clicked to the link and tried to login to my account after many tries I entered to normal roblox but I couldn’t see my account when I tried to login it says password incorrect don’t fall for these scams❤
that's what happened to me too. I lost so many of my pets because of that and the girl on traderie say that I WAS A SCAMMER

I think basically when you log in it takes your cookie data and then it logs them in

This actually happened to me before on a trading website they told me to click a link and boom i lost my account for 2 weeks, Thank god i got my account back somehow and even tho my pets were gone, i still had my account back atleast.

I remember getting hacked in January last year i lost my undead jousting my alicorn my first neon unicorn my ram my ssbd my i cannot remember all but they took all of my good pets i seriously chased him down i saw him pull out the pets ue stole from me i said to him give them back now then he changed my password when i finally got my account back i was gonna give up and quit adopt me till one of my friends encouraged me to keep going so i did she gave me a start she gave me a Koloa i cannot remember everything but they were good pets i kept trading till now i am finally back where i left off except for the undead jousting horse the one mistake the hacker made before changing my password was keeping me on his friends list

That happened to me with a girl that was doing a "giveaway" she told me that I had to go to her channel and click the link below, the bad thing is that I didn't notice that in the link roblox had two o more so it was rooblox. Later I log in with my username and password.And just when I was trying to log in in that wepsite I noticed the two O. And much later I was going to play roblox when I disconnected but I log in quick again and changed the pass quicker than the girl😢 but she changed my birth month and I can't change it so now I can't do some things in roblox but I guess it is better than don't have your account back I guess. She also changed my email so I couldnt change the pass but I get my email back. I literally wrote a whole history lol. Anyways stay safe of this scams guys😔👊❤️

OMG OamG this exact scam/hack almost happened to me. I did the link and everything and then I finally gave up because for some reason it wouldn’t work then five minutes later it said somebody was trying to log into my account was it you so I obviously press no and luckily I didn’t get hacked. Then I joined the game. Somehow they joined me in adopt me, they said did you do it? I left the server.
