What Temtem really needs imo is just a sequel that fully focuses on being a singleplayer experience. They have easily my favorite battle system out of any Monster Tamer but the pseudo-mmo mechanics really bring it down. If they just abandon the mmo stuff and focus on a singleplayer monster tamer it'd be incredible.
Aren't the developers pretty ardent about giving PvP the priority over PvE whenever they can? They might simply not be interested in something like that.
Even if the game was fully focused on being singleplayer it would still be at the state that it is right now, the problem was never the pseudo-mmo mechanics, since those were not even fully implemented properly to players tackle in the end, the problem is refusing to develop new content for the game (be it new Tems, Islands or repetitive content that players could do to grind cosmetics or things like that without being a chore). Take all that into account and remember that they also have a battlepass and cosmetic shop store (that they would also implement even in a single player focused game) with most of the cosmetics available in the game and you will understand why the game is were it is right now and how a sequel would not save it.
Exclusively singleplayer would be miserable and clearly you dont have friends to play with randomlocke with a friend is like peak monster taming i think making it an mmo was a blunder tho
Regarding The Thaumaturge, it was simply delayed because there is a ton of bangers that have released, so they pushed it back to hopefully give themselves their own spotlight so theyre not overshadowed by other games. Which IMO is perfectly fine cause im still playing like 5 games at once 😅

Kinda sad for The Thaumaturge but I can understand its delay : people are talking about and playing other games right now, and there is little to no hype about it online Hope they make a final new cool trailer just to make people aware that it's coming

Shame it dosnt tell you what level you caughht the Tem's at though, as it depends on how many levels they have been with you and not a specific level, like with pokemon. Yea but I hope they listen to the majority of thier base. If they don't they won't make a successful game and will go out of business soon

Nexomon 3 is still my most hyped Monster Tamer! JakkaMole looks a mix of cool and goofy reminds me of Snorlax a bit and that ain't a bad thing.

The temtem update is a bullet heaven game. It was supposed to be in their original arcade bar.
