I like the swivel feature, I'm forever twisting my neck around to look at noises behind me when I'm just sitting in the woods. Commanding views from that chair for sure. Thanks for sharing Mark!
Looks like a seriously solid chair with the comfort features and a great price. Excellent for any use besides Backpacking as it’s 3 lbs. Thanks for showing.
G'day Mark, I quite like it. Not sure it's ever gonna be a beach sand chair, I'd be willing to bet it will sink in, even the ones with cross members do to some extent, + I wouldn't be wanting sand in the swivel mechanism in particular. However, around a campfire, fishing on a stable riverbank or pier, (or as you mentioned, any application with your vehicle not too far away), I reckon its a winner. Btw; apologies if I missed it, but did you mention a load rating ? @ the mid to high eighty kilo range, I don't expect there'd be an issue for me, but may well be important for some folks. Cheers Duke.
The weight and price make this a no go for me. For backpacking I want one half the weight of the chair I have not nearly double. For car camping you could get a more comfortable chair for a 1/3 of the price.
TCEK has advised they have updated their chair based on customer feedback. Here is a link to the new chair www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJ8TXJBT
I am 63 years old, and I totally agree with you about the back of the chair. Thank you again for your detailed videos. Simply awesome.

@@MarkYoungBushcraft Plenty, thanks mate.
Swiveling will greatly reduce frame torque big time. No plastic socket/cluster... worth the weight for a weekend hike!
Yes, it would help with that for sure. Thanks for commenting
Great review, Mark. It seems expensive, but it does apoear to be a sturdy, comfortable and heavy duty chair.
I would wait for it to go on sale if interested. Thanks for commenting
I was hoping you would spin in a circle yelling " weeeeeeeeee" 😂 It does look like a solid chair. ✌️🇺🇸🇨🇦✌️
I get dizzy on a merry-go-round😅. Thanks for commenting
Off topic what brand trouser are you wearing in video?
I bought them through Decathalon. They are hunting pants and much cheaper than some of the bushcraft pants out there. Thanks for commenting

The relatively compact size makes it useful for car camping to save space over bulkier chairs
No argument from me. Thanks for commenting
I’m 7’10 and 800 lbs (give or take). Will this chair work for me?
yeah...no
Yes, just get one for each of your butt cheeks 😊
Does the chair have a suggested weight rating? Just for reference, how tall are you?
The weight limit is 300lbs as mentioned in the video. I am 5"10 and 185lbs. Thanks for commenting
@@MarkYoungBushcraft - My apologies, I must have missed that.
