@@muhammadshahrukh4985 its really easy. first make some gradient background, then file > open as layer then choose your final image, scale it down. next on the final image layer, right click > layer to image size. last, give it some drop shadow by go to filter > light and shadow > drop shadow. adjust the shadow.
