Considering that the most you can buy at a time is 8 mil for US$100, it would cost him $500,000 to buy all of the shark cards to reach 40 billion.
The most an official grinder has made, TheProffesional, is 1 billion, and hes been playing since day 1. This is obviously a modded account, it's really clear to tell. If you still believe that he could possibly grind/buy that cash, then you probably shouldn't be playing games like this, dumbass.
