Stay off the phone, ask questions, listen, stay busy, ask before you use someone else's tools & return tools to the proper place, understand that senior electricians may hurt your feelings, accept instruction, be on time, don't drink, don't smoke, keep your mouth shut around customers, don't dispute me in front or the boss or customer, no horseplay, BE SAFE and be respectful.

I was working at a new massive building being built.over 1200 employees a day as workers. That was a lot of coordination, restrooms (ports potty) and food areas.............My job was make sure everyone was tied off to something on the roof tops, safety glasses, hard hat and vest was being used properly . Everyone did comply (as the first non compliance was known to be the last one! Not one safety problem after three years!
