For usa all Model rfa kvm is unlocked and can dump the Data without soldering and use the data read from the mcu to make a emulator using Lock50 HW01 on to HW06 Lock50 keys for the usa and canada. Then u have a working key to make alalrm off via emergency start and then proceedd to add keys via OBD HW04-A for the USA.
This demonstration is so good you can't help but to to save up and buy one, for any Locksmith!

Just did a 2020 Range Rover sport all keys lost. Are you saying this could do that job all through OBD?
