I wouldn't really add this with the first part but for lore it's the second part ofcs
I love how this actually turned out because the combat scenes actually came out good I had to take a maybe few days break cause I couldn't come with a good fight scene for Elena Eleanor and Zalgo to really show how much 3 years can change but that break was well deserved cause honestly I'm very proud of it and I hope you all are aswell

WAIT A MINUTE!! I have a theory in mind.
Eleanor told Elena to let go of the Corrupted Magic, and she also seemed to know a lot about it. Considering that she kind of looks like she has some corrupted magic, similar to Zalgo but not completely, perhaps Eleanor herself has gone through it in some Alternate Universe! And based on her experiences, it wasn't good, so she quickly persuades Elena to let go of the Corrupted Magic so she didn't have to face the same pain Eleanor had to face.
