You start a RUclips channel based on a "niche", then go online and find license free videos on creative commons websites - there are tons of them. People post their videos to these channels mostly foreigners whose countries take all their money anyway me way and hope to get a percentage of your income income from the channel but can't show their face hence why you never see the person's face...then you just Edit them together in a nice montage and post them to your RUclips channel and put in the right keywords and people watch them And RUclips pays YOU for the views and add revenue. Odds are the person(s) running this channel doesn't know a thing about anything in these videos. you are talking to nobody Accept auto responders that's why all the responses(if you get one are "autoresponders" that are very vague like "thank you and come again and subscribe and I and I appreciate your kind words et ceteraI" Get a clue ladies
