Qotsa played it in C tuning and in E tuning without changing the key (they play it in standard here, Josh always had tuned his Epiphone Dot to E standard for concerts, you can see it in his hand positions in live gigs where he used it). The main chords for the verse are C-A-E and C-D-E for the chorus. There are little changes here and there but these chords are the bread and butter for the song.
