About the Artists:
Sai Harinni (Veenai):
Sai Harinni is a budding vainika from Chennai. She has been learning Veena from Vid.Dr. RS Jayalakshmi, Vocal from Vid.Sri. AS Murali and Laya aspects from Vid. Sri. Melakaveri Balaji, with her initial vocal training under Smt Maalini Balaji. She has performed in various prominent Sabhas in Chennai including Narada Gana Sabha, Rasika Ranjani Sabha, Mudra’s Veenotsav, Naada Inbam to name a few. She has also participated and won various music competitions in both Veena and Vocal. To name a few:
1. HCL's The Carnatic Quest 2023- Winner- Veena Category
2. Winner of Senior level Radel Veena Competition 2019
3. Pallavi Darbar 2019 - Under 15 Special Talent Prize.
She is a ‘B High’ grade artiste of All India Radio. Academically, she is a school topper in 12th, she has completed her C.A Intermediate with distinction and currently pursuing C.A Final.
Thrishur K Sudev (Mridangam):
Disciple of Adambakkam Seshadri and currently under the tutelage of Sangeetha Kalanidhi Thiruvaarur Sri Bakthavathsalam. Has accompanied for numerous concerts and currently performing in major sabhas for young talents as well as other senior musicians. Recently conferred with AIR direct B high grade from AIR Chennai.
