Is there a way to live in a condo or somewhere in Sunny Isles for a month just to get the feel of it? Is that possible?
That's a tough one, most condo buildings in Florida and actually most cities do not permit short-term stay such as Airbnb or one month rental.
You might have to stay in a hotel for that short of an amount of time. Maybe just try a week at each different hotel or two weeks at a hotel instead of a month.
1,600 a month. There is not such a thing 😂😂😂 lowest rental is like 2,200 a month

Is it worth to buy a condo hotel room in Sunny Island beach?
VERY good question! I have been trying to get my out of state investors to do this but since it's not common, they are too skeptical. The answer lies in your lifestyle. Would you use it? Can you comfortably afford it. BIG returns but, BIG expenses. I'm fascinated by them. Let me know if you'd like to move forward with one.
Sunny isles was perfect in 86. Now over populated. Period.

I just realized his voice sounds exactly like the voice of Saul Goodman from Breaking Bad. He's got that high pitch shrill and he swallows his words at the end. Also, it seems like he's singing his sentences. It's a fake salesman's voice. I wonder if he's from Illinois too.
