Its because of the players demands and salaries that the ecosystem can’t be built. Working in a corporate, my in-hand salary is 60k and i turn monthly sales worth 80 lacs to 1 crore every month. I get incentives on top of my salary based on my performance. Now the reason i can get those sales is because the company provides all the resources and i add my skills to it. I hope it makes sense. These players should focus on stability rather then money for now
