    Just remember, Korg made it hackable so you CAN change the sound of the bass drum, high-hat, and snare drum. You can also add a midi input as well.

    to everyone trying the lfo tricks for audio filtering, be careful with high frequencies, it messes your ears a lot, you don't hear it but it can cause serious damage;
    be safe people cheers :)

      What trick is that then dont think i know it ???

      sorry for the very late reply ; it is the trick around 7:27 ...some people uses the "audio in" of the monotribe to filter external drums or other thing ; but to do that the synth has to play notes along with the external audio, or it won't trigger the filter and the vca...
      it's annoying it means you can not use the audio in if the synth is not playing...so some people uses the LFO to modulate the synth part (VCO) out of the audio range (in high frequencies) that way you just hear the external signal and not the synth, because it plays to high to be heard ;
      but as I said, this trick is dangerous to your hear :( seriously ! cheers :)

      Won't the filter get rid of the high pitched synth?

    There is an initialize button on v2... cycling the power is not effective anyway, depending on your global settings. Hold gate time + 1 for ALL, 2 for synth, 3 for drums, 4 for active steps.

    How can I reset this device? I have a trouble- I can’t switch octave after connecting with sequencer KORG sq1. Now I disconnect the sequencer, turn off monotribe, then turn it on and octave doesn’t work(
