Can you add the Overcast mod on a GTX card? It doesn't need to be realistic like videos on YT for RTX cards, but still, that Overcast Lighting for a GTX 1650?

Dude you are using Intel Cpu and Nvidia's GPU but the game setting is showing AMD graphics, why?

If you are talking about AMD FSR. FSR can be used on a variety of graphics cards, including Nvidia, even though it was developed by AMD. This means that if you have enabled FSR in Cyberpunk 2077, the game may show some indication of the AMD technology computer, even if the graphics card is Nvidia.

It doesn't overload my computer but when I recording a Forza Horizon video it lags but on my screen it runs smoothly
