Kind of a shame that Henya had trouble with some of the documents. Not only did she miss out on some fun lore, she also never got to figure out that Agrippa and Weyer were pretty much the real bad guys all along.
Well I’d say that’s kinda subjective. Imo non of the characters are really “good” guys. Sure Daniel is a victim and the main protagonist, but he has also murdered and tortured dozens of people with it has been hinted at that many of them where never even criminals. Alexander was transported to a world he didn’t belong to and wanted to go home then was left behind by those he worked with, but at the same time, while it’s not confirmed, it is again hinted at that he was never that great to begin with while living in his original world (it’s wildly speculated he’s from the same world we see in Amnesia Rebirth). Many of these things are either just speculations or theories, but regardless, it’s up to each individual to decide how they precise the story and characters. Sorry btw if I sound petty or arrogant in some way, I’m trying to have an interesting conversation but I have a bad habit of over explaining stuff and that often leads to me coming of as petty 😅
@@_J.B.S._100% percent agree. For me personally, I prefer to side with Alexander. He's certainly aware of his own terrible actions, but he's put in an impossible situation (a situation entirely caused by Weyer and Agrippa, I might add) and has no choice but to do terrible things to get out of it. Daniel is similar, but he's worse because he's a human and totally accountable for his part in torturing people, unlike Alexander who's from a world that may not have the same laws or ethics. Johann and Agrippa are worst of all they did all of their treachery and malice willingly and with no penitence. Also, unlike the other two main characters, Alexander is suggested to have a selfless motivation as he wants to get back to his beloved in his homeworld. The other two have entirely selfish motives. So yeah, I prefer the ending where Alexander escapes and Daniel "atones". I just cannot accept the Agrippa ending because it really is the true villains winning.
Subjective. We all handle horror elements differently. And what you consider to be scarier than this may either not have been scarier to her or it was scary but she power through regardless like she did here despite being scared.

Why ya gotta be such a fraidy cat? I know for a fact you've played scarier games than this.
