Silk out here continuing to be the most consistently higher quality of the brands, by not going for the gimmicks, name recognition, and gamercore that decicrates the higher-quality alternative tight-knit feel that Monstercat is still known for being.
if you wanna is my favorite release of the month lol. I usually don’t like heavy briddim like that but this song hits the perfect sweet spot for me where it goes really hard without being excessive. Plus the hands up sections are a bop
I'm always expecting some level of quality in November, mostly likely due to last minute Bo24 contenders for the compilations. I wouldn't say this is as good as November last year, but there's a lot of stuff to like. Best: Heaven Knows, Gravity, Endless In Between, Tether, Landslide, Cityscape Worst: Wassup, Honey Water, DABADABADABA, if you wanna
Here’s my Ranking: WORST - k?d & Jonathan Mendelsohn - Endless In Between - GG Magree - Don’t Stop (feat. UnityTX) - Dirtyphonics & Circadian - You Want Me (VIP) - Riot Ten - High Octane - BARELY ALIVE - if you wanna (feat. Skyelle) - SABAI & BOTCASH - Never Fall (feat. Casey Cook) - Vicetone - Honey Water - Andrea Botez & biskuwi - S.O.S. - Crankdat - Open The Pit (feat. Juicy J) - Rusko - Wassup - Sullivan King & Kayzo - SWEAT! - Excision & Dion Timmer - DABADABADABADABA - Bensley & Voicians - Letting Go - F.O.O.L. - Redshift - Koven - In The Echo - Pixel Terror & The Living Proof - Gravity (feat. Michael Swank) - Kaskade & Punctual - Heaven Knows (feat. Poppy Baskomb) BEST
Don't get tricked by how this list was presented, they didn't put ALL of the songs in WORST. The WORST and BEST are simply there to mark the progression between songs in this list.
My raking 1. Never Fall 8.5/10 2. Endless In Between 8/10 3. Letting Go 8/10 4. You Want Me (VIP) 8/10 5. Gravity 7.5/10 6. Open The Pit 7.5/10 7. Heaven Knows 7.5/10 8. Wassup 7/10 9. Honey Water 7/10 10. In The Echo 7/10 11. S.O.S 6.5/10 12. Redshift 6.5/10 13. Don't Stop 6/10 14. High Octane 6/10 15. If you wanna 5.5/10 16. SWEAT! 5.5/10 17. DABADABA... 4/10
uncaged is your bass heavy- most drum and bass, heavy dubstep, bass house, trap etc instinct is your lighter more melodic stuff- commercial house, some melodic dubstep and the occasional liquid dnb or future bass song silk is complete chillout stuff- almost ‘background’ music so like deep house and ambient stuff
be sure to subscribe and join the discord if you haven’t already!! what’s your guys favs this month?? 🔥🔥🔥

Every time i hear something new in 2024 I realise how much I miss old monstercat.
For me, I associate old Monstercat (and NCS too) with the BeamNG Drive car crash compilation videos I used to watch a whole lotta years ago.

whats the difference between monstercat uncaged, silk and instinct? never really figured it out
uncaged is your bass heavy- most drum and bass, heavy dubstep, bass house, trap etc
instinct is your lighter more melodic stuff- commercial house, some melodic dubstep and the occasional liquid dnb or future bass song
silk is complete chillout stuff- almost ‘background’ music so like deep house and ambient stuff
most predictable #1 ever
