Omg gekikara ramen is the best! There's a small chain, that actually originated in japan and has the majority of their locations in Japan, near me. My wife and I go there regularly for gekikara ramen.
And speaking of Japan, There's a channel that I watched in Japan, and it was the 95ch.

we have this place in seattle called menya musashi that has really good tsukemen which is the dipped noodles.
Adding acidity to savory noodle soups is great. I usually add lime, not sure about lemon though, it probably will be good too but not better than lime. Try it, just don't put too much.
It's not ramen and lemon, it's tea and lemon and no one will convince me differently.

However I cannot rave more about this brand/franchise called Kanada-Ya that does amazing Truffle ramen!
But if we are talking about spicy ramen, although this isn’t the authentic ramen that we are talking about, but the Spicy Buldak Instant Ramyeon from Korea is my go-to during my studying days 😂

0:55 Ramen + citrus, that's not chaotic. Its probably yuzu instead of lemon.
Having a yuzu chicken broth for Ramen is really delicious and also keeps it light and more modernised as opposed to the traditional thick and heavy (greasy) pork broths.
Ya’ll. My best ramen was when I went to Alberta and had the recommended ramen at ramen Arashi. I believe they have it as well in Vancouver BC so if ya’ll ever get there, definitely recommend.

Idk what y'all mean by ramen order , is it like from restaurant? Cuz I have never eat ramen in a restaurant cuz I'm Asian.. I eat it at home.. the ramen has to be freakin spicy for me , love spicy food , I'll always put bunch of chillies inside my ramen , I love crunchy green hot pepper specifically.. I don't like the red one cuz it's mushy or maybe just me.. I also love putting chicken breast inside my ramen , chop it up to dice or any type of seafood like squid , prawn or crab.. if there's any vegetables like spinach and okras I'll put it.. if not no.. I don't like other vegetables inside my ramen except those two , cuz other vegetables are not suitable to be in ramen lol.. and lastly ofc , I need the damn sesame oil , shredded dried seaweed and egg as toppings
