Guys after reviewing lots of videos I fixed my mind to buy any one from this two brands AC panasonic or LG, before that I checked in smart way by contacting the customer care service centre to knwo the service available properly near to your home place or not in that panasonic was not available that much, but LG service centre and customer care nonwas easily able reach, so I preferred to buy LG AC, after I purchase 2024 new LG 1.5 ton AC from the RELIANCE DIGITAL->Chennai ->Kolattur last month and I noticed the cooling capacity is not upto the good mark. Yes, gradually, it's getting low and cooling pickup is also if you keep in 25°. Even though my house is in ground floor and my outdoor unit is also in a sun shade place. I escalated, but it took time for the technical team to attend the complaint. Not getting a comfort cooling air throw. You can use only a few features only here, not as per the given in the remote, which I noticed.

Dear, never recommend a Carrier AC. I purchased a Carrier 1.5 ton inverter AC for my room size 12'x12'. Inner unit is giving cut, cut sound and cooling is not enough. Despite my repeated complaints to replace AC, Carrier is insisting on repair. My argument for replacing with fresh AC is that I have paid for fresh AC and not a repaired one. My experience with Carrier is horrible.
Mine too I purchased one ac in 2017 and since then it has been a problematic unit...not able to cool down, high power consumption and condenser cuts in few seconds which puts load on electricity
I have the same experience and my AC is not working, sometimes due to faulty fan motor and now compressor issues. The outsourced service centers are the worst. Mine is a new AC 2024 model

Hi gm 2 april 24 Good video. I intend to buy split ac. Our room size is 12 by 10, on rhe top floor,but it's on the cooler side as dloesnt facev Direct sunight. Sun heat cones at 4 in the evening from the west wall. Now We will be using the ac in the afternoon between 2 to 4 and night 10 to1in April may and October, otherwise we will be using it every alternate day just to keep the machine running condition. Need 1.5 ton with 5star. Wifi is not needed or does it really makes any big difference with wifi machine? Need faster and instant cooling. Machine shoukd be absolutely silent in the room or minimal noise in the room, and not disturbing. After sales service should be good. Selected between, Panasoci Lg Llyod Which is the best? All machines have their pros and cons. And in general whatever comments i had read irrespective of the company's people were nit happy about the installation process in general.
