Yes. First knot, cross left over right, 2nd, do right over left and it will make proper direction. (Or vice versa: right over left, then left over right; just always do opposite.) Will also allow easy escape of the knot when you're done with the furoshiki. From what I understand, the knot you are showing is used for funeral gifts. We in Western culture don't attach that kind of meaning to such things, but it actually makes a difference.

The direction of the knots is wrong. They should go parallel to the ties and should not form a cross.
Furoshiki uses a reef knot, not a square knot.
