Agriculture in the Philippines has a very big potential to be self sufficient, it just sad that farmers has zero support from the government. What worse is the government tolerate importation of agricultural products that further kills the local farmers.

Hi guys! Another great video. I worked here in Hawaii on a coffee farm processing, it’s a lot of work involved. From picking , soaking overnight then removing the (cherry, outer skin) flesh. The roasting is an art to get it perfect. In Kona, Hawaii some people make wine from the the cherry outer skin, it’s sweet. Blessings to your family. Thanks for the tour!

Just checked Seattle's Best dark roast Arabica 566 grams $8 a bag.
As a coffee consumer I'd pay their price for a good cup of coffee. Organic, locally grown produce is what I would be looking for in everything I buy and is the main reason I'll be visiting and living there, soon. Maybe at that time the road will be done. Lol

Yup if You turn in center of Dauin city into mountain side its about 7km and better road, just use goggle maps or ask locals

How about herbal plants - remedies for every ailment. I have heard from my Filipino friends here at work that there are plants local healers have been using foe generations.
They growing around, even around our house we have plenty of herbs, like hibiscus, alovera, moringa still in use in the Philippines
I bet it is hard to pick 50kg of bean in one day.
Even 20 kilos gives them better wages than construction work.
I believe I would pick some beans then. LOL

In my opinion, it is best to come here for a vacation first 2-3 months will give you a lot of answers before you make any serious move.
