Hi Anne, thanks for the hints. screen in 3:08-3:20: How do you get the process description in the list? ("1. Ideas go here .... 5. Task template applied ...) Thanks a lot!
Hey Markus! Easy Peasy ;-) If you look at the list name > for this example it's the top left of the screen "Video Strategy" and there is a little (i) for the List Information. When you click that (i) bubble, there will be a pop-up to the right of your screen where you can add this info into the List Description box. I should put that into a pro-tip for my next video. Thanks for your comment!
Hi, thanks for the video. You seem to know a lot about the program and I am just learning about it. Can you please clarify whether or not I can use Clickup for my photo business? For example, I want something to handle email automation to clients. So, if a new client is added, they automatically get sent a welcome email. I'd like to have proposal and contract templates that can be edited and sent to them. Once payment is received and noted in Clickup, they get sent a confirmation email. Can any of this be done in Clickup?
Hi Tom! ClickUp cannot do CRM activities such as contracts and invoicing. (I also use CRM software called Dubsado, it's popular among other "creative" entrepreneurs) You can try it here: www.dubsado.com/?c=ambitiousproco ClickUp's email feature and automations are still in a beta form, which means I wouldn't recommend jumping into them immediately (I've been testing it and it's working well, just not for this use case). Dubsado has a great workflow for exactly what you are looking for. So for instance, once they've signed, paid and received a welcome email, I would then manage the project in ClickUp. ClickUp is great for your business, it's just putting it in the right place. You can setup a 3rd party automation to create a client folder upon contract signing from Dubsado to ClickUp.

Great vid
Thank you! I have to say, it is probably one of my favorites, even though the cover photo is so basic :-)
