Try lang archi! Next concept na video: if rough finish ang bahay, ano muna ang dapat unahin na mapaganda if hindi kaya ng budget isang bagsakan ang pagpapaganda ng bahay? Example unahin ang floors muna kesa wall cladding
May rough finish na kasi ako na bahay. Di ko lang alam una kong papaayos o papagandahin 😅

Hindi ko man makuha ang gustong kurso ko natulad ng sayo, kahit papaano ay mananatili akong ma nonood at susuporta para lang ma feel ko na isa ako sa katulad mo mahdudes 🥺♥️

Can you make a video yung ibat ibang design and cost ng gate lalo sa mga provinces na medyo may malapad na lupa kailangan may fence kasi ganun sa mga provinces para we will be educated at mas may idea how much it cost and yung mga do's and don't ba. I hope may ganun para maiba naman bukod sa bahay.

Currently 1st year arki student and nagbabalak na mag shift ng course kasi full na full ang schedule at andaming workload pero nung pinanood ko reh para akong na motivate na magiging worth it naman ang limang taong paghihirap :') Sana lahat ng arki student ngayon na nahihirapan at gusto ng sumuko ay mapanood ito para ma-motivate din sila

We're planning to upgrade yung bahay namin po na nabili sa Deca Homes (bungalow), any advice on usage of lightweight materials? Mas makakatipid po ba in the long run kung hardieflex lang gamitin para sa second floor? Salamuch lodi!

@@daintycactus2862 Take it if you really, REALLY, TRULY want it and if you are passionate about making the world a better place and all that pizzazz through Architecture. Because in reality, it doesn’t really pay much when you’re still a newbie and not all architects get the chance to build their own practice (which makes the money) kasi most are just trying to survive. It’s fancy to have the title, fulfilling when you really like what you’re doing. The downside is, if yun nga, feeling mo lang ang fancy pakinggan maging architect or akala mo drawing-drawing lang and stuff… no, the reality of the industry is somehow overwhelming especially the responsibility that comes with the title. Sometimes, it do be feeling like “architorture”. 🤣😭
