RECIPES
BLUE BERRY MUFFINS
Muffins mix
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2tsp salt
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 tbsp unsalted butter melted and cooled
2 eggs
4 tsp vanilla extract
2-1/2 cup milk
2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Blueberry Syrup:
1-1/2 cup blueberries
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Vanilla
For crumble topping
200g all-purpose flour
120g brown sugar
4g salt
100g butter
APPLE PIE CRUMBLE
Ingredients for apple filling
apple filling
80g granulated sugar
30g dark brown sugar
4g cinnamon
5g flour
2 tablespoon water
40g salted butter
1g salt
550g honey crisp apple (diced)
8g lemon juice
For crust
120g butter cold
155g all-purpose flour
20g granulated sugar
1g salt
30g ice water
PRO TIP: coat your blueberries in flour before folding into the muffin mixture they won't sink to the bottom ❤

do you know where else they hang out....under couches. someone told me to take the feet off so the get under there. unfortunately i like to sit up not down on a couch. the industry made them that way to have a cozy feel. i guess ill have to share my space with spiders even though i have an irrational fear of them.😃

This made me think of the first pie I ever made. It was a pecan pie, the filling was delicious but you couldn't cut that crust with a chainsaw lol!!!!
