More info on Qualis : 4 difficulty levels rated as follows:
Level 1: 10 Points (Top) / 11 Points (Flash)
Level 2: 20 Points (Top) / 22 Points (Flash)
Level 3: 30 Points (Top) / 33 Points (Flash)
Level 4: 40 Points (Top) / 44 Points (Flash)
• The 20 highest rated problems climbed are taken into consideration for the ranking

The whole competition was video monitored with nearly 20 wide angle cameras. So there was the possibility to prevent uncertainties.
