I don't know why people assume Carl is not smart. He has a degree from Harvard business school. His addiction issues had a negative impact on his career, but it doesn't mean he can't succeed now that he's working on his sobriety.

My husband had a very small spot on his back at 42. On the outside he was very healthy. Thought nothing of it. Had it removed in routine dr visit. Stage 4 mestastic melanoma. They gave him 6 months. After surgery he fell in the 30% it had not spread.
He felt fine.
Long story short. He died 10 years later from skin cancer. No lesions. It came back as a stomach ache that would not go away. In his liver, brain and lungs. Melanoma.
He evidently had one cell that survived and it killed him within 2 months.
That was 10 years ago. They have come so far in treatment. The Drs at MD Anderson told him the damage was done before age 18. Its not something she is doing wrong in the sun now.
She is doing the right thing by staying deligent in her appointments with her Dr. Catch it earlier and your chances of survival are greater. A very serious condition.
Fine ...ill say it... Carl's "soft bar" will not last. I just dont know many ppl who would want to go to a place just to grab a "soda" or flavored drink. Maybe put some thc in them and that i can see lasting.

I wouldn’t trust Jax as far as I could throw him. If he’s really away then Brittney should move back to the house and file for divorce. But she won’t coz she’s hanging on to him even though he’s not the least bit attracted to her. I don’t like either of them.

I am sober and do enjoy a mocktail when i'm out with friends. Its fun to have a fancy looking drink sometimes. I'm dont pay for more than one because its basically just a glass of way too many calories that cost $12.00. I wonder how many people will be paying for multiple drinks at Carl's bar at NYC pricing? Yikes!

18:19 speaking of Adam who did all those food shows. I gave him a free Skype call once (back in my hay day lol) and than I woke up to 300 messages from him being obsessed. So maybe we'll get someone else to save bucca de beppo lol

Jax is a lost cause, just watched Jax and Brittany take Kentucky which was years ago. It was so Cringe and tons of Red Flags 🚩. Brittany’s mother, and that frosted lip stick, is probably a big reason she stayed with him this long.

Teddi mentioned on older podcast when she was first diagnosed that she used to tan a lot in her teenager years. Someone also asked if it was caused by sun, genetics? And Teddinrepkied both. I think some people are predisposed to cancers and then outside carcinogenics don’t help.

I hope and pray for Teddi- that is a lot and scary! As for Jax I’m all for getting help- as long as it’s for him and NOT the show!! Also- wouldn’t advise the Meadows- he may come back worse! If this becomes a storyline- I take back my well wishes. This SHOULD be private!

I live in Europe and have never seen non-alcoholic drinks referred to as soft…but not sure where specifically he was talking about. Definitely so many better names than Soft Bar. Missed opportunities!
