We don’t owe anyone consistency with our past selves! We can reinvent ourselves at any point without explanation to the people around us. Thank you for this!

    Takeaways:
-you have to embody the person you want to be, just like a great actor becomes the role.
-In order to move into the new identity, you have to allow the old one to die, which can be painful.
-It is important to be consistent with your new identity, aligning your actions with the new you. -To facilitate the shift, practice being the bold new you in public places where no one knows you.

14:23, when I was a child till my teenage years, my mom used to call me. You're a bad, dump, annoying, and dirty person.
But later, I passed my teenage time. My mom changed, and she learned energy she did self-improvement and became more aware
Then she used to tell my smaller sister, who is 10 younger than me she is amazing, beautiful, and an angel she is.
I can definitely tell the difference. I can't stop seeing myself as a dump, annoying, and dirty person I am. I still have childhood trauma. I don't have any friends and boring people pleaser because this makes me feel I'm a good person.
While my small sister has a magnetic charismatic personality. She is lovely. I love her so much too she is very confident and can say anything in her mind without fear.
I forgave my mom bc I know at that time she didn't know it. If she knew it, she wouldn't do that.
I struggle to do this. Somehow, I have low self-esteem and do not find myself worthy. I want to be a charismatic extrovert, sweet person. I try, but these words just stick with me every second for 6 years I acted as a happy normal person but every second a part of me said the same thing my mom told me never letting me be happy for a second. This year, I faced most of my beliefs and thoughts but still working on loving myself and seeing myself worthy.
My fear is that in next month I will go back to my country and see all my relatives that I haven't seen since my teenage years. I'm that person, mom explained in their head, but now I have changed somehow, but I am not strong enough to resist it bc you all guys know what gonna happen. Pray for me to turn out good

    Habits become your identity
Identity is reflected in ur habits
How to shift ur identity -
    1. Who is she? What's her life like? What does she believe abt herself? How does she feel in her body? What kind of stories she lives by? At the core, who is she? Not external, but internal. Know everything abt her. And decide that you are going to become her.
    2. Rebirth comes after death. Letting go of everything that doesn't align with the new you. The past is no longer relevant. Grief is normal in this process. Decide what all parts of urself have to die. Letting go of people, clothing items, etc.
    3. Embody the character

This February I'm moving to another city because this past year I felt like I was getting diluted and grey by living with my parents and I don't want to be this person any more. I already experienced the personality shift once. I spent 3 months in other country, and it was like I was reborn like a totally different person that I liked, but then I had to come back and little by little I turned numb. So I'm ready to recover the enhanced version I created in that trip 💜

I've been through hell with my health in my life so I totally relate and after 20 years unable to walk and the past 5 being homebound and bedridden, I miraculously regained my ability to walk through the grace of God alone without medical intervention! I truly believe in the power of prayer and energy healing through it all. Thanks for ALL you do for the community!!!!! Sending you love and hugs!!!!!

Essentially the grace of god is through the power of belief- Joe Dispenza's testimonials are demonstrating just that with cancers. That is the automatically switched off healing part of our brain and the trauma memory blocking in body. The power of prayer and the power of belief are one and the same. Prayer is essentially meditation. It's source-god. Many people don't know how to 'pray' they plead change-which assumes scarcity. It's why that type of prayer doesn't work. However abundance prayer, that you used, whereby possibility is expanded and invited from higher intelligence. Allowing and attuning into whole brainwave coherence. So I agree with you, for some they call it god, for some their relationship to religion makes them not want to ascribe transformation to god. So well done to you.

This is one of my favorite videos you've released, Jillz! I really resonate with you of needing deaths for rebirths, especially when it comes. to people who can't let go of the "old" you. My boyfriend of nearly 8 years broke up two months ago, and I felt that he and his parents never could see me past the insecure new college grad who was trying to find her footing as a working professional and figuring out what she wanted out of life. The death of the relationship lets me embody who I truly want to be. I also love your tip of embodying who you want to be when you're out and about in places where nobody knows you.

I figured out all of this when I was young. Naturally. I reinvented myself so many times. Planned or not. So many traumas, right in a row for years, happened. I find it much harder to do now. Yet, I know it can be done. You are very young. I hear many schooled in many things. That have not figured this out. Seeing you. Reminds me of my young self. There has been so much resistance to what is a natural thing to do. Society wants us dumbed down and broken to keep us all in line with their agendas. Thank you smart young lady. For the😅reminder. Do what comes natural. This is natural stuff. We are taught it is evil. This is not evil. It's a God given ability.

Sometimes it feels so aligned, and so in sync as if somehow the Universe is sharing my thoughts, my struggles, and everything I need right now with you, and there another video of you pops up with exactly what I feel I need right now. I am super grateful for you 💜 Thank you for existing and sharing such wonderful content and energy with me💜

One advice I would give based on experience is that DO NOT pretend or "fake it till you make it " because it will lead you to burn out and to a point where feel like you're lying to yourself which is the truth and that feeling/intuition/conscience is what is speaking to you. It's like me being in my past self energy trying to replicate future self who I 'want' to be as opposed to getting real with myself and stepping into the future self energy in the present moment authentically even if it means to do things slowly, step by step which is the requirement of any form of change.. Hope I made sense
Your life won't change for you to align,
You have to change for your life to align

this is true... it led me burn out and forget myself and i even felt like im lying to myself. so next time when i do this i will just do it by step and step, slowly, not all at once. 😢

Back this up! I think “fake it till you make it” may bring more harm than good, as it was my case. It really depends on a personality type.

This is soooo good! I've noticed lately my old self has come up again to try and be released. I'm struggling with shifting fully out of who I was and who I want to become. My 20 year career that was my passion isn't fitting me any longer. I'm working towards something more aligned that I feel more passionate about and doesn't fry my nervous system on a daily basis! I'm trying to go from seeing myself as single to being in a relationship one day. Trying to break through glass ceilings is tough but I like the ladder example, take a step towards what I want and who I want to become fully : )

Early last year I made an intention to figure out what was going on with my masculinity and femininity. I had just graduated from a genders studies program and was feeling very out of sorts. I came from an unsafe abusive home and am the oldest child with three younger brothers so I have always been more in my masculine .. your videos have helped me heal my feminine more than any therapist or gender program. Thank you for the wonderful content Jillz!

As you talk about your health problem, I must say it works the same for mental health. I was introduced to the philosophy explained there by a man who had severe childhood traumas he didn’t cure…
so even thou he had fully embolyed his new identity, the fact he didn’t cure his past self would make him uncapable of realizing some basic questions about his feelings and he was « bugging » all the time when we asked him about simple questions such as judging what is a family or a couple or friendship, or a coworker even. He had totally deleted this part of internal data for he had been uncapable of understanding his damaged point of view about this subject and could’t reach it anymore which caused him a lot of social issues that would lead him to schyzophrenia.
So if you are entering the process of changing your identity for better, make sure to acknowledge your past and to cure all your childhood wounds to be able to move on.

Absolutely one of the best & most thorough explanations for Identity Shifting I’ve heard! And exactly when I needed to hear it. Shifting my identity has been heavy on my mind for the past few weeks & while I had some idea of how to go about it I’ve been hesitant probably due to self doubt. I knew I needed to sit down & write out my ideal self but it would have been the vague “wake up at 7am & have my matcha” lol
The intricate parts of how she thinks & feels didn’t occur to me but as soon as you said it, it clicked! Now I feel prepared to create her. Thank you so much for this! Heading over to The Thermostat Theory now ✨

Identity shift can be scary but so necessary. Others' opinion of the evolution of you is just that. I think as we shift, we learn to let go and it becomes easier over time. This may mean also shedding relationships that no longer bring mutual value or uplift us. Thank you for breaking this down.

I'm coming from a philosophical mindset as you are too. I'm just impressed that you used the word 'invent' in the context you used . Such a key word for any kind of change which you expressed. Jean Paul Sartre used the word for describing a solution to a possible crisis. I have never heard anybody Use that word in the manner he used it until you. We are all in a existential existence looking for a home and only invention can find that. We have to exist first, then invent later.
