The role of the University of Bologna's Confidential Counsellor

In the event of discrimination, sexual, moral, or psychological harassment, mobbing and straining occurring in the workplace, study, and research environments, it is possible to contact the University of Bologna's Confidential Counsellor, Professor Fiorella Giusberti.
The Confidential Counsellor is tasked with preventing, managing, and helping to solve cases brought to her attention. She is at the disposal of professors, researchers, administrative staff, non-structured research personnel, PhD students, and students.
The Confidential Counsellor works fully autonomously. She may be assisted by experts and respects the wishes of the person who contacted her. Her work is based on neutrality, impartiality and confidentiality and is aimed at receiving and examining complaints and reports of distress in order to identify and find possible solutions.
