    Man that script was intense!!! Animal abuse is wrong and anyone who does it deserves to go to jail. Gibbs was proving a point, no one is above the LAW.

      @@ericbanks5314 I would disagree and many others would disagree with you too. I would go after the one who was mistreating my dog since my dog is family, I don't care what anyone else says, leave my family alone and that includes my dog.

      @55Quirll you would be the someone shooting a man running from you out of a house under construction because you think its not right. People don't even get the same rights as a dog and you would go after someone over an animal. I love my dog but unless you did what you did on my property, I'll fight for human rights before my dogs rights. Your dog is family, but it has no rights.

    Part of me thinks the talk with vance was either gibbs tellin vance to tell the truth and what is about to happen, and part of me thinks it's vance tellin gibbs what's about to happen, and that he won't hesitate to tell the truth.

    Anybody know what song that was at the end?

  • @jerrylove865
    @jerrylove865 6 месяцев назад +2

    That's not how that would be likely to work. The police would turn over the report to the DA who would either chose to not process or empanel a grand jury to indict. They'd have him turn himself in, where they would arrest, process, and release pending a bail hearing.
    There's a good chance he'd be placed on administrative leave almost immediately; but cuffing and transport is wasted effort that's not strictly needed.

      It is when Gibbs has been a target of multiple agencies dating back to when he killed the guy who killed his wife and daughter.

    I'll start off by saying ," I haven't seen this episode yet ." My question is ," Why would the Navy Criminal Investigative Service aka N.C.I.S., investigate a case of animal abuse ? Did it occur on Military Property belonging to the Navy or Marine Corps., ? Was this Luke Stana ex-Navy or Corps., ? " Pitbulls are not Military Service animals in the U.S., . So all in all why did NCIS get involved ?

      If a its a member of the Navy or Marines NCIS has to go get involved under UMCJ

    i've been wondering about the guy that play Nick Torres. I've never heard of him and was wondering how he got into such a good gig. turns out, he's fez from that 70s show. no wonder he wanted to play a (wannabe) badass.

    Nobody is really going to fire G for beating the hell out of a dog killer. Like all the cops that kill humans and are let go him off with desk duty (you know what and who In talking about) give G his badge back. Screw a dog killer.

      @@kathrynhill5796 Put it this way, in today's climate politically beating a dog killers ass isn't exactly an unforgivable sin. Cops kill folks on the job all the time only to move on to other precincts. A temporary suspension is the most I would give him under these circumstances considering the fact that his niece just overdosed and passed away the week before. I would order him to attend grief counseling though.

      @@lifeamotha3975 This is hypocrisy. What about the number of people getting attacked by dogs every day and mauled to death even? Lots of dogs are vicious and dangerous to those around them. Gibbs used violence for no reason at all as the suspect wasn’t even trying to fight or anything, he sucker punched him in the face with no warning and then proceeded to almost beating him to death. If that happened in real life, trust me, this cop’s career would be OVER. He would be pending trial and be charged with assault, that would cost him his job and there’s the lawsuit too. In short, if that happened for real, the lawyers would be all over it and they wouldn’t let go until this cop’s career is finished. This is a tv show so if he ever gets his old job back, that’s sending a negative message as it would imply that cops are above the law and free to do whatever they want. Moreover, Gibbs is well known for intimidating suspects and even in some cases, threatening them and getting physical. This one incident though definitely takes the cake. Shall I say more?

      @@thehourglassfan3515 none of those dogs did anything even close to that, but even if they had they were trained by that same man to behave that way and therefore it is not a viable defense. Please explain to me how you think that a vicious dog is going to be put into a cage, locked in a cage, and then drowned to death without tearing at least the guy's hand apart? These were innocent animals that did nothing wrong. Cry me a river that a future serial killer got his ass beat.
