This game really puts the title “Little Nightmares” into perspective. Stating that the scariest things in this franchise isn’t the giant monsters, but these two kids.
Its also aligned with their theme, fears that are usually owned by children. And then amplified. Like the bullies, teacher, school, doctors, hospital, patients, darkness, and the hunter (city children that are not used / never see animals getting killed).

As the time progress.. this gives me vibes of the ending. Mono growing up.. as the chords becoming deeper and deeper until it sounds like.. a grown man..

I get chills everytime I hear this music. The developers really did amazing on LN2. I remember watching the ending and getting hyped because of the background music and Mono turning into the Thin Man (that's what the tall guy's name is if anyone gets confused). So amazing.

This theme is so well done because it just perfectly covers spoilers: All the emotions Mono would’ve felt having turned into thin man. The shock of the betrayal turning into grief turning into frustration turning into hatred. It all covers it so well but for my personally it just makes my heart hurt because I feel so bad for Mono having to relive this forever and ever until the loop is somehow broken.
The game developer decided to leave it here but the new developer person might continue it even tho that's GANNA be extremely hard to beat this sence well it's a loop.loop don't stop
I just realized. When the Thin Man "dies" it's his Glitching Remains that are being killed, not his actual body. So there's a chance that Mono is still sitting in that chair, waiting...
Has anyone realized that this theme is like a distorted version of the “Togetherness II” ost? Especially at 2:26. It really just shows how sad Mono’s story is.
This is the tragedy I will always remember in my life. I have a very complexed and logical theory but I'll let this comment in a mourning to the tragedy of Mono. The developers really made something great left the society speechless. With all this sadness after the betrayal, they made this music that shows anger, insanity, sadness, fear, disappoinment, all the ugly feelings.
I think the best thing about this whole scene is how they managed to convey such a beautiful plot twist when the story has zero dialogue, a non linear plot and yet this plot twist is CHILLING. This game is amazing.
This is an amazing way of showing anger, grief, confusion, and betrayal in 3 minutes. The real monsters weren't the leeches, janitor, chef, guests, lady, hunter, teacher, doctor, or the thin man, it was those two children.

Only after this moment I understood why devs said that the main idea of this game was “escapism”. The Viewers, who escaped reality because of Transmission. Six, who tried to escape reality through music box. Mono, who tried to escape the world through wearing a paper mask. And, of course, Thin Man, who tried to escape fate of letting Mono become who he is, if we are speaking about the theory of time loop. Now this make sense, but still feeling depressed after the ending, and even more depressed that we won’t see anything on Little Nightmares for a veeeeery long time, or probably never ever see anything from this series....

For me i thought the opposite. Mono is trying to save his younger self from Six, (or maybe shadow Six) thats why when he chases you he doesnt try to kill you, his energy just kills you because (gameplay you have to die some way lol). I think he is actually trying to kill Six. Although i dont think any of the characters are truly "good" and every character (or force like the signal tower) is evil in some way.
So instead of Six killing Mono, Six dropped Mono into the deep dark depths thinking it would “save” him? Six didn’t do the right thing. She yanked her hand away. She wanted Mono dead out of spite, but made a monster instead.
