i remember i got this game a brought it to a friends house. i was really young at the time, like 5, so since nobody knew how to play, I decided to come up with the rules... it was the most cursed card game i've ever played.
Watching this game play out having played the original iOS launch, I'm impressed at how weak and different everything is. As well as some rules are very weird, such as flipping landscapes face-up or face-down, more costly cards needing to have face-up landscapes equivalent to their action point cost, cards activating their effects on play instead of spending action points for Floop abilities, and no Hero skills. I understand nerfing the card's stats (that Corn Ronin can skyrocket its ATK to 33 in the iOS game really easily), but some others I am completely oblivious of why they're like that
Got the Finn and Jake pack in the thrift today for 4 bucks. The box seems a bit battered and the contents is in a Ziploc but it looks complete. I was shocked in finding it because I was thinking about it recently and wanted to play on mobile and was sad to see it being gone. Happy surprise for sure. Cant wait to play
I would love the actual game from the show in real life. With the little holographic structures and people on the board that you play to attack the other players and the pig you floop.
Hello, I have a question, is it possible to use the Field of Destruction spell as a jake on the first turn? This card deals 1 damage for each card in the opponent's hand, but you can't attack on the first turn... does this count as an attack? or is it the effect of a spell? (It’s just that the rules don’t say that you can’t use the effect of a spell on the first turn)
i think you missed the part when after the end of the turn and you draw one card you need to discard another from your hand , at least that is what Jake said in the episode (season 4 episode 11) and i think it's in the rules too

Wait, if you only have 2 action points then what so you do for cards that requires 3 or more action points?
You gain one action point per turn until you have 10 magic points, or that's how the mobile game did it
As far as im aware cards like this don't exist
And no, you don't get +1 point per turn, it's always 2

This from a year ago, but usually those cards have a way to decrease their action cost, or they have accompanying cards to help play it.

You normally floop once per turn, with extra costs usually being printed on the card

There are some cards which give you extra points to use on a turn or reduce the cost
