Hi Brad, I made the same system for mixing syrup as you did and used your recipe - I added 800 kg of sugar to 440 liters of water. I got exactly 250 gallons of syrup, which is about 950 liters. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think you said that by mixing in this proportion you get 1000 liters of syrup. Not a big deal, but I’m just wondering why I got less
