    Great informative videos, i am a competent DIYer who works on my home electricity supply, you have taught me a lot watching your video about multi meters, spurs, etc. I dont know if you have already done one, but if not could you do a video and its uses of a fluke T150 or similar voltage test leads, to check for live cables etc. Also using a fluke T150 or similar how to test which cable in a ceiling or rose is the switch line cable if the wires are loose or you have pulled them out of the ceiling rose and cant remember what wire go where??? keep up the good work, thanks Kevin

    Hi Dave…if there is DC leakage in an appliance…would the the DC setting on a multimeter measure the leakage

    • @learnelectrics4402
      @learnelectrics4402  2 года назад

      If you are measuring on the DC side yes. You may damage the meter testing DC on an AC circuit. Can you download the user manual for your meter. Dave.

    Why dont they teach us in colleges like this?

    • @learnelectrics4402
      @learnelectrics4402  2 года назад +3

      Because I teach you in a method that I know works from 40 years on the tools. Colleges have to follow a lesson plan written by someone who, very probably, is not an electrician.
      Thanks for your support and great comments, really appreciated. Dave.

    My multimeter doesn't have the capacitance measurement facility, it is more similar to your meter, how do i measure Capacitance using this meter?

    When I tell the electricians that the polarity in a socket is wrong and it must be corrected, They look at me the way a wise human is looking at a fool 😀😀😀

    • @learnelectrics4402
      @learnelectrics4402  2 года назад
