Barabbas (also, a ''father's son'') set free and Jesus (the Father's only begotten (monogenes) Son) being crucified was pictured by the two goats in Leviticus 16 on the Day of Atonement: one was offered as sacrifice (the Lord's goat) and the other is Azāwzēl's goat which is let free full of sin. Everything in the law points to Jesus.
I’m sorry to say this, but you are drunk on metaphors as Dawkins said to Jordan Peterson. What it is literally saying is that there was a Jesus “son of the father” who was a leading spiritual Jewish leader with a large following of the Jews who was leading a rebellion against the Roman Empire, who who was then saved from crucifixion at the last moments, due to the chants of the crowds of Jewish people supporting him.
The phrase "in this book there is no doubt" only exist in the quran. How come no such phrase in your gospels if you claim bible is true & quran is wrong?? The quran even starts with "in the name of Allah", but your gospels doesn't even mention Jesus name right from the beginning
Johns gospel being first it highlights the most important and foundational truth that the Word was with God and the word was God, and the word became manifest and dwelt among us.

"but your gospels doesn't even mention Jesus name right from the beginning" It is obvious you've not read the Gospels so why do you lie about what's in them? 1. "The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the Son of David, the Son of Abraham" (Matthew 1:1) 2. "The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. As it is written in the Prophets" (Mark 1:1-2) 3. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it...He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him...And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth...For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him." (John 1) Kaboom!!!! Game, set and match to us.
"The phrase "in this book there is no doubt" only exist in the quran. How come no such phrase in your gospels if you claim bible is true & quran is wrong??" What a brilliant argument. Obviously you've been to university and obtained a PhD in Logic. I've only got a degree in Philosophy so because you're much more educated than I, would you mind explaining your argument for the less-educated?
I spoke straight facts on what YOUR gospel teaches: that there is a Jesus “son of the father” who was a Jewish leader with a large Jewish following, who was up against the Roman state of his time. Due to the love the lay Jewish crowd had for him he was saved from crucifixion at the last minute. Of course, the gospels are Roman propaganda about the events surrounding 1st century Palestine, evident even in this story as later gospels such as John etc absolve more and more blame of the crucifixion from Pilate and place it further on the Jewish people. So we can expect to see a messianic figure watered down from being a revolutionary to a pacifist messiah.
@ the gospel authors were writing in a time where the Jewish diaspora were under heavy persecution by the Roman authorities as they were seen as a “fifth column”. Their writings were watered down and adapted to be suitable for Roman purposes as a matter of survival, hence I said what I said.
@@Tay_SC Actually John and Matthew were written in Israel within years of the resurrection of Christ, Luke and Mark were also clearly written before the apostles were martyred.
@@adrianramage There was no "Israel" during this time period, the region you are referring to was divided into Judea and Galilee, eventually being reconquered by the romans and being called Palestine. Your dating of the gospels is not in line with the majority of scholarship, they are dated to the time around and after the First Jewish-Roman War, This was the major event of the day and would have influenced everyone's lives, including those penning the Gospels. Here's something for you to think about, if the Gospels were dated so early as you say, why didn't Paul quote any of them in his writings??
