Energy 106 - HSF's JUMP Program at Machray School

Energy 106 and the kids at Machray School learned a few new jump rope moves as part of the Heart and Stroke Foundation's JUMP Program. Led by former Winnipeg Blue Bombers cornerback and world jump rope champion, Willie Amos, JUMP is school based program that aims to help children lead a heart healthy and active lifestyle!
