1. The clean and kill cooldown for the janitor is always the same, so when he killed, both this kill and clean cooldown went up
2. The shifter dosen't have any win conditions

14:25 It days defeat becuz ur a Neutral Role. Your goal is to have a Role by the End of Game. A.k.a the Shifter automatically loses when the game ends.
And 5:44 Janitor can either choose to Kill. Or Clean a Body. He can't do both since they have a Shared Kill Cooldown time.
