7:19 wow. You've earned a fan. I've serviced many of these treadmills and that one simple trick has eluded me so far. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. It will certainly be put to good use down here in Memphis, TN. 👍🏽
31:31 you're not concerned with stretching the belt by tightening after you've established the correct tension? Is it because it's a new belt that will have some stretching occur as it gets broken in? Would you do the same thing if you had to put tension back on an old walking belt?
Hello. Have you ever replaced the roller bearings? is there a video? My bearings are making noise. Is it difficult to exchange these? Thanks. Best regards Joe
Depends you level of skill. Most techs and companies opt to replace the entire roller. It is possible to replace the bearings and if you've got the tools, knowledge and time then it is most certainly something that can be done. Good luck
I have a life fitness 95ti, just put a new belt on, no matter what I do, the belt slips, front roller will keep spinning. I have the rear adjustment bolts as tight as they will go. What could my issue be?
Well if you have your rear roller bolts (tension bolts) completely maxed out already, first thing you need is a new walking belt. Sounds like you might've had a belt too long to begin with. That's just a guess without knowing any other details or seeing it first hand. Good luck
I’ve got a question. My treadmill will start up just fine about 5-10 minutes into the exercise the running belt just stops but the screen thinks I’m still moving? Any tips?
@@treadheroes from watching your videos I know that it needs to be lubricated for sure. But I cannot figure out what’s wrong. Also thank you so much for responding

I flipped the deck and yes it was warped. Even though I installed new clips, it was very tough to align all four holes. That was a nightmare
Very interesting! Thank you for this!
glad this video exists, thanks!

Unrelated question (but I can't find an answer anywhere) - do you have any tips for replacing the monitor AK70-00038-0001 Engage touch panel?
10:00 they're called finger guards 😅
Do you care about removing the rust from the rollers?
