Tiger fans have too big of expectations for anything related to football but we wouldn't have it any other way. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!
Numbers wise, at worst i think he's Max Johnson. Johnson played 12 games and had about 2800 yards with 27 TD to 6 ints. Seeing that a WR threw 3 TD passes vs K St, i think had Max played, he would have hit 3100 pass yards and 30 TD passes.
I think Nuss will be better yr1 start than Joe Burrow was in 2018, & better than Jd5 in 2022. And that should be a reasonable expectation for him. He’s been in the system longer than either of those. Also, his dads an NFL qb coach. Its on the receivers to catch Nuss heat on the football. Go back & see how many ints, & incompletions went offf receiver s hands.
Why wouldn’t Tiger fans have high expectations and if he plays like he did in the bowl game then I think he will be just fine
like I told the Locked On gamecocks host, nobody cares about football. As soon as he started including daily news on WBB ratings went up and now he has gotten better job because of me. You would be wise to do the same!

I don’t think that the job is too big for Nuss, he certainly has the talent. He may have a few speed bumps, but the mistakes probably won’t outweigh the talent and maturity. He will be just fine, once the nerves have settled.
As long as he doesn’t force. throws like he’s done in the past, he should be alright.
