Pro Tip: partially freeze the chicken mixture as a flat layer on a steel tray.cut the semi frozen minced chicken at once in square pieces . And dip those hard chicken pieces in egg and bread.crumb.it will not stick and your 50 to 100 nuggets will be moulded in minutes.
