"We've got proposals....(on the NHS)"....why doesn't the journalist interviewing him ask about those proposals. Anyone can stand up and declare "I have ideas!". Sir Ed Davey needs to focus on explaining those proposals in detail instead of stating that their goal is to remove as many Conservatives as possible. That is a most pathetic goal and role for a political party. If the proposals, ideas and methods the LibDems have are that good, votes will naturally flow their way and the Conservatives and any other party's seats will go to them. Sir Ed Davey is the kind of shallow, low level politician that the UK absolutely doesn't need.
Thankfully Ed is neither of those people, and greater still he is neither Rishi Sunak nor Kier Starmer. Ed is personable, he clearly actually cares, it's evident like it is with many of his MPs. He's also not a Tory like Starmer and Sunak. I pray Labour are forced into a coalition with the Lib Dems and the Greens. The country would heal under such a government.
Getting boring now, has to be a point where u actually have to 'get over it' with the Lib Dems. Never voting for one party again, might as well not bother voting for literally any other party for breaking promises, got one chance to form a government with the Tories and it was a mistake, they know that, we know that, but to never vote for them again even after nearly all of those MPs involved were not even part of the party now is petty and dumb. This manifesto and what they are talking about is the best thing we have from the choices atm.
Yes and I took have something self centered to say along with some witty analogy about how your feelings transcended space time through a pixel and you had some sort of feeling and become inspired to write an undeserved compliment that consistently seems complacent, lol 😂 , legalise weed lower fees for uni ect. Never once have I heard a politician just lay out in bullet points on what they are going to do they just stumble in and out of context for half an HR and vaguely describe troubles caused by the obvious lack of legislation that in a world view is behind the current opinion of the public in terms of a population where unemployed 16-30 year olds don't have a job but they can vote it's simple more money more weed more people omg I could do his teams job in a 10 minute comment lmfao
Legalising cannabis and shrooms generates billions for the economy, and saves billions in healthcare
The interviewer needs to give that suit back to his dad.
Ed Davey is really good at focusing on social care! It's important to have a voice in Parliament who genuinely care about the environment
They might make cannabis legal?!!!!
if lib dems got in, they'd never though :(
Hes obviously on it
yes they will, that is why i vote Lib Dem for legal weed :)
@@EricCacti when would you except them to do so, like the laaaatest
@@EricCactiwatch how they don’t. You are being manipulated. Don’t fall for this bs. It’s a tactic to get votes. It’s a lie
ITV seem to be talking about cannabis in positive terms and not the tiresome negative fear mongering thats exists in the media.
i would never condemn anyone for not being able to afford a decent phone but couldn't ITV spring for an even basically professional camera?
legal weed? hes got my vote
❤🎉 1:58 Lucky 🍀 winners Lakhwinder kaur
why did you go into coalition in the first place you stole my vote and gave it to someone who I would never vote for never again

That's what manifestos are for. This is just a quick interview.
Poor Ed. He doesn't understand that many of us haven't forgotten Jeremy Thorpe - or even Nick Clegg.
