Glenrothes 1995 Vintage

Whisky legend Charlie MacLean unnerves Kieran with a ghostly story from the Glenrothes distillery, whilst they pour a couple of drams from this 20 year old Speyside. Formerly owned by London wine merchants Berry Brothers & Rudd, Glenrothes is now back owned by Edrington (of Macallan fame). The chaps discuss a little of the history and consider whether this is the perfect whisky to draw a newbie into the world of single malts.
