La = No
Ilaha = God or anyone worthy of worship
Illa = Except
Allah = the one True God or the Worshipped One
This is purest form of Monotheism. In fact, it's more than Monotheism. It's Tawheed. Monotheism means belief in only one God whereas Tawheed means singling out the One True God as the only One to be worshipped and rejecting everything else to be worthy of worship.

What you heard was “La ilaha illallah” which means There is none worthy of worship except Allah (The one true God). The word Allah is unique, it can only be applied to Allah (The one true God) unlike the english word God which can be manipulated in many different ways.
For example:
God ~ Goddess, Godfather, Godmother, Godly, Gods, you can even spell it backwardly as Dog etc. But when you come to the word Allah in arabic it simply means the one true God (unlike any other) it can't be translated or manipulated in anyway. It stands for the creator of all and that's it.

I don't know what you are referring to precisely at the end of the video but I'm assuming you are talking about "La ilah ila Allah" which means there is no god but Allah (ilah=god, it's mentioned in the video).
The term “La ilaha illallah” means “there's no God but God”.

I revere him soo much actually.. it can be said, Allah guide me to Him thru syekh ahmad deedat (rah)..
He is the main reason why i accept islam with all my heart, bRain, and soul.. coz he makes me realize that we can see faith in logical way..
I was born muslim, and a person who really think that "spiRituality" is a pure NonSense, even until today.. so i never actually believe in any religion.. i'm not even sure if God really did exist..
But by "coiNcidence", i watch one of his vid, the 3 hours vid where he said "i would put my head on the GuiLotine".. that sTatement really sHocked me.. after that, i start to think that maybe, i can find God too with only logic..
So, the first thing i do from that, was to pray to God, with raNdom salat, coz that's the only thing that i know.. that i said to God, "ya Allah, if You really do exist, then please give me an uNdeNiable sign for me that You do exist, which i can understand with my bRain, which would makes me unable to deNy You"..
And wallahi, did you know what Allah gave me? A pure logical definitions of God, which can only fit with Allah, The Creator of The Spacetime Continum..
And that's enough for me.. more than that and i think i would really go Insane from the "BoundLess Infinity"..

This is the first half of declaration of faith and it simply means there is no god but Allah.
The second half of the declaration of faith is: مجمد رسول الله and it means Mohamad (peace be upon him) is the messenger of Allah.

So Arabic is a language that uses the abjads system - includes: Hebrew, Arabic, Persian, Urdo - those languages relate in grammar, in english the difinite articles ( a, an, the ), in arabic there words are prefixed with "AL" ( the ) only and for general identity no prefixes is used, unlike English that uses ( a, an ).
With that said, the word "man" is phonetically pronounced as (rajul) in arabic "Elah" | The God -> "Al-Elah".
what you see in the bible is not even "Al-Elah", it's Allah which is treated as a name, not as a noun, its one of the 99 names of The Only God that is worthy of worship, and cannot be translated to a single word.

If you go to the dictionary that tells you the languages biblical sense p you will see that the Aramaic speaking Messiah whose real name was not Jesus but his name was Esau and his mother Mary who was chosen above all women above All Nations as the most devout worshippers in the monotheistic belief spoke Aramaic sister language Arabic and when they called upon the Lord Almighty they said Allah hoo Allah aha and that's in the Bible
