This is why a cashless society must not be allowed to happen in any shape or form

This is very wrong. Maybe, we need to start getting paid in cash from employers again and the banks can go and whistle!

We should remember that the Canadian truckers were ordinary people who had their bank accounts frozen by an increasingly woke government.

And they want us to be a cashless society??? After listening to this, that would be catastrophic.

This is scary. Who gave banks the authority to decide who should/should not have a bank account. Plus family members? We live in a democracy, Brexit was a democratic choice, are they going to slowly find out who voted 'out' & close theirs too? What will banks do for money then. Don't leave us Nigel, fight this stupidity for us.

This is not just outrageous but incredibly sinister. The people must make a gigantic fuss about this and put these Banks back in their rightful boxes

Anything purely digital becomes too easy and powerful to control, this is terrible to see in the UK. Never give up cash!

Absolutely shocking. Governments should be intervening immediately and bringing to account this undemocratic action.

I suppose we should be grateful that the banks took the opportunity to use someone as high profile as Nigel Farage to teach the rest of us that we should not have blind loyalty to the banks, OR keep any value with them that we can't afford to lose.

It IS scary. Shutting down Canadian truck driver's bank accounts was scary. It is exactly what China is doing by denying access cards to home, grocery, shops and work. In the US, parents can be arrested for good parenting. No place is safe, Nigel.
