I was so worried that this series ended because of PZ build 42. I'm so glad it's not. I really hope this isn't the last episode, especially with the new updates. Please take the views and likes as a positive. PZ may have brought us here, but the lime juice keeps us coming.

Man what a crazy journey Nelson has had. Starting off bluffing his way into the black market, stumbling into an eldritch meat monster, nearly being murdered by the police over a minor traffic offense; and of course fighting crippling loneliness the entire time. This game is certainly a gem, it was a real pleasure seeing Nelson finally pay off his debt. Thank you Lime for sharing this with us, and I'm already looking forward to what the future brings. Very interesting and fun playthrough. From my experience with pirates, the best option is to stab them (best if you have a katana), which doesn't destroy their suit so much. Ofcourse if you want to sell it afterwards, which can procure at least some funds back from the assault ;) The worst thing about it is the reoccuring targetting of your ship from the assaultie... Even if you disassemble the nav station, turn off the power or kill the pirate. Tough luck... Concerning being flinged off into space with the assaultie... I've had a fair share of that, which is why my ship has like 15 full nitrogen canisters on a rack, if not more :P
Awesome series. Didn't know the game existed until you played it. Looks a bit too complicated for me to play, but it was a lot of fun to watch. Loved the goat god episode the best.

Lime my friend. You have a TORCH DRIVE. You could have literally just let your ship float 5000km away from KLEG and done a quick nuclear fueled boost back to the station, without spending a ton of RCS.
aww it's over, i kinda hoped you would check out venus before ending the series. Well maybe you can make the goal for the next series to become a venus racing pilot :D Anyway, thank you so much for the series, it was a blast! But yeah, buying a cheap bigger derelict and fixing it up to switch ships is what i did. I totally lucked out and found a RF-72m (i think it's currently the biggest ship in the game) for a measly 230k. i still had over 700k debt at the time and desperatly saved up about 270k and bougt it and a transponder and was pretty much broke. The derelict came with a couple of trusters, two nav stations and some minor stuff on it (probably why it was so cheap) the hull was in pretty good condition. All in all it was a pretty easy fix up (just to get it space worthy and atmo). i made the mistake to gut my current ship and sold it for way to cheap (didn't know the rules for ship prices yet). but the bigger ship really let me strip other derelicts for stuff to sell and eventually pay off my debt. if i had known the ship flipping rules i could have paid off my debt way faster. The only problem i had with the big ship is that the current pathfinding doesn't work properly with those kind of distances, but i'm sure this will be addressed by the dev.
I wonder what the hell that pirate was thinking, a singular pirate going out on their own is bad enough. But a female young adult pirate going out by herself and trying to take on whole other ships? Yeah that went just about as well as it could have for her,, luckily Nelson is not a bad guy or she would 100% be dead or worse. These pirates need to organize man, at least a crew of two or three. But I guess, to quote a certain Eastern European soldier "We are really fracking lucky they are so fracking stupid" If they ever do get organized its gonna be trouble.
Maybe an adventure where you attempt to make a proper home for yourself in space with ALL the luxuries and room that a proper home should have? A challenge that could be all the more interesting if you cannot break a single law in the whole run :P
i love watching Lime play ostranauts. if you decide to release another ostranauts series (please) it would be nice to see the social mechanics, since Nelson was grinding without friends or romance XD
Imagine trying to rob a ship using only a knife only to get beaten half to death by a scrawny nerd using a scepter made from a human spine and have just about everything you own stolen.
Still playing the game myself! Ship update: Haven't installed the reactor yet, but I THINK I have all the parts for it, mainly been working on getting my ship bigger for more Salvage space to sell stuffs. Been working on fuel nacelles for the reactor fuels and the spare nitrogen canisters I've been finding (lucked out and found a few high performance intakes) My ships sheer size is getting to be a slight issue now though, not from a power standpoint (i've been adding more batteries as I go) but from a navigational standpoint as now I have more surface area for passing ships to hit (annoyingly enough)
I can't believe you ended this series before Nelson could get a date. smh (seriously though this has been very fun and I'm definitely looking forward to the next series on it but C'MON YOU CAN'T LEAVE NELSON HANGING LIKE THAT, DUDE)

Curious. Does the derelict purchasing screen update if you were to say, have a salvage license and tear apart one of those derelicts? In theory it would be worth less. And you could buy it for less, then put the parts back into it. And sell it for full price. What im asking if anyone knows, is can you commit fraud in this game?
