Thanks for the comparison vidoe sir. I have a question as most of us who are working in MNCs in peoplesoft are being asked to get cross trained in cloud, and most companies prefer oracle SaaS service. So from a 8+ years experience person in peoplesoft development in HCM and FSCM module, my question is how is Oracle cloud for technical developers? And is it a decision for more than 8 years experience technical people to look at Salesforce or may be workday as oracle saas cloud seem to be more on functional side ..
Hi Abhishek, Thank you for your inquiry. While Oracle Fusion operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) application, its business functionality closely aligns with the PeopleSoft application. Additionally, Oracle Cloud offers a distinct set of tools to enhance or extend the application, requiring technical expertise for effective support. In my view, Oracle Cloud serves as a valuable pathway for technical developers to build a knowledge base on Cloud ERP applications, although individual interest ultimately plays a significant role. Thanks, Siva
hi Shiva, thanks for info. I have around 12 years exp in EBS R12, currently i have taken up PeopleSoft FSCM assignment. Do you have any trainings in PS FSCM? Please respond. Thank you.
