jalebi is famous street food in Pakistan which is served in various ways. Today we are going to make jalebi with rabri milk which essential food of winters season. Jalebi is a fennel cake made from flour and fried in oil and dipped in sugar syrup. Rabri is made with milk and khoya which is a reduced form of milk. Rabri milk is a very thick form of milk which goes very well with jalebi.

For those who are confused about where to access baker's ammonia (ammonium carbonate), baking powder in a 1:1 ratio is a perfect substitute.
NOT baking soda, baking powder.

Afzal bhai, better mai dahi (yogurt) use kiyoon nahi keya? Authentic jalaibi mai dahi must use hota hai.
